Working in an interactive agency you sometimes get really really cool projects to work on. The company I work for, MassMedia Studios, has just released and awesome site around an online trading cards concept known as Deck Collector.

I really wish this had been one of my projects as it is super fun.

What is really cool is that the deck collector concept can be applied to any brand or demographic. Anything from Cars, the animated movie, to more adult themes such as FHM magazine or even football teams.

The site allows visitors to join and begin collecting cards to trade online via the application. On joining, every visitor is given a random starter pack and clues to where other cards are hidden elsewhere on the web. When they find a card, they can view a movie or download a wallpaper or any number of cool little things. It varies from card to card. If someone has more than one card they can trade them with other site visitors.
