What do you get when you combine gravy, fries and cheese curd? Well you get a staple of French Canadian fast food… the poutine.
A serving this size is reputed to be equal to eating about 2 pounds of butter.
Back in Oz you might wash down your meat pie with a beer at the footy. Anywhere in Quebec it would be a poutine at the hockey.
